Marchesa’s sheer and diaphanous gowns have long been bridal favorites—everyone from Behati Prinsloo to Blake Lively has worn the label to walk down the aisle. Now the brand is adding another facet to its wedding business: jewelry. Its first-ever fine jewelry collection is filled with engagement and wedding rings just as extravagant as its gowns—and with a price point to match. (Prices start at $1,400 and exceed $28,000.) “The Marchesa bride is confident, elegant, and embodies a true sense of identity,” cofounders Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig told Style.com. “Our jewelry is an extension of that feeling, providing the perfect finishing touch.” Launching February 1 exclusively at Macy’s, the collection also features pendant necklaces and drop earrings that could work for walking down the aisle or the red carpet. With the Oscars just weeks away, it seems more than likely that the diamond designs will appear inside the Dolby Theatre.
